Summary: I never write reviews but this time it was a must. The staff at this property are all great! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always helpful and polite. Please give your staff awards! I was amazed on how clean this property was, from the rooms, dining area, pool and garden. Breakfast was included, every day the owners would greet us and ask if everything was ok, by the end of our stay we were have conversations during breakfast. They made us feel like family. Their breakfast did not include the Nicaraguan famous nacatamal, one morning we saw Marcia eating one, and commented on how much we loved them. They are from an outside source. We asked if she could order 2 for my husband and I. (absolutely delicious) After we checked out I checked our bill and realized they never charged us, thank you so much! I will be coming back and highly recommend for anyone to stay here. Frank & Janet
